Join Monica for a meditative journey to connect with nature in nature.

Together, we’ll

🍁create a sacred circle

🍁let what’s no longer serving us fall away

🍁be guided to meditate with spirits of nature to align ourselves with Autumn's gifts.

🍂No experience necessary. 🍂Curiosity welcome.🍂
